شاي إلهة الرحمة الحديدية - تي كوان يين

The leaves are so tender and tightly curled, just like the description says—they unfold into a rich, smooth cup that tastes of high mountain air. I brewed a second steep and it was even sweeter. This one's a keeper.

Brewed a pot this morning and the aroma alone transported me—that fresh, cool airiness the description mentions is real. The basket-tossed leaves unfurl beautifully in the gaiwan, giving a smooth, slightly creamy cup that lasts through several steeps. I’ve already gone through half the bag in a week

The leaves are so tender and tightly curled from that gentle basket tossing, they unfurl beautifully in the cup. Brewed it gongfu style and the liquor is thick and buttery, with a calming sweetness that lingers long after each sip. Feels like a little piece of high mountain air in my kitchen.
