شاي الكمثرى بالكراميل

It smells exactly like a bakery while it steeps — that fresh-baked pear note is impossible to miss. Even without sweetener, the rooibos base makes it taste almost like a dessert you could drink, and it’s surprisingly smooth, not cloying at all. I’ve already gone through half the bag in a week.

The dry leaves smell like a pear crisp before it even hits the water, and once steeped, the caramel notes come through without any artificial cloying. It's sweet enough to skip dessert but still feels like a proper cup of rooibos.

That first sip tastes exactly like the description promises — honey and caramel with that baked pear sweetness, and the rooibos base keeps it mellow instead of cloying. I've been brewing a cup every evening after dinner and it's become my little dessert ritual.
