Timothy W. ★★★★★

Checked out at the last second and added the carbon offset option—turns out it's verified projects, so I actually feel good about the tea shipment instead of just hoping for the best. Took thirty seconds to click, and now the packaging waste doesn't nag me as much.

David K. ★★★★★

The checkout prompt took me two seconds to click, and it’s honestly nice knowing my tea order came with verified carbon offsets instead of just guilt. Feels like a small, no-hassle way to balance the shipping footprint.

Shipping protection usually feels like a waste of money, but knowing my orders are covered for both damage and theft has genuinely put my mind at ease. The fact that it includes sustainability in the coverage is a nice touch I didn't expect.
