The claim process was surprisingly smooth after my package went missing—uploaded the tracking info and had the refund approved within two days. For a few dollars added at checkout, it's the kind of peace of mind you don't realize you need until something actually gets stolen.
Checked out with this add-on for a fragile package and the peace of mind was worth every penny. When the box arrived dented, filing a claim took less than five minutes and the refund hit my account in two days. Exactly the kind of protection you hope you never need but are glad you have.
