The thin porcelain walls keep the tea hot for ages, and the detachable mesh strainer catches every leaf without slowing the pour down. That steel handle stays cool to the touch even when the pot's been steeping a full five minutes.
The glaze has this lovely uneven depth around the rim that catches the light differently each time I pour. The drop-in mesh strainer fits snugly and keeps even the finest leaves out of my cup.
The glaze has these lovely subtle variations around the rim that catch the light differently each time I pour, and the mesh strainer catches even the finest tea leaves without clogging. It's quickly become my favorite way to make a quiet afternoon cup.
