Succulent schizandra berries and sweet amber oolong leaves are blended with the tender essence of plum to create our Plum Oolong tea. This tart and fruity plum tea lends a beautiful cup at any time of day.
The schizandra berries give it a tart kick that really wakes up the oolong’s sweetness, and the plum essence comes through soft on the finish. I’ve been brewing it mid-afternoon with a second steep that holds up just as nicely as the first.
The brewed color is a gorgeous amber and the plum comes through sweet and tart without being cloying. I've been reaching for it every afternoon when I need a break, and the schizandra berries add just enough zing to keep it interesting to the last sip.
That tart plum note really comes through on the first sip, and the oolong leaves hold up well for a second steep without turning bitter. The schizandra berries add a nice fruity twist that keeps it interesting all afternoon.
